Which shipping company do we use?

We work with DHL and Deutsche Post to ship your orders.

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail after your order has been shipped, which you can use to track your parcel.

The following conditions apply:
Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 
Delivery within Germany is free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge a flat rate of €6.20 for shipments to Switzerland.

For all other countries we charge a flat rate of 4,80 €.

 

From an order value of 50 € we deliver internationally free of shipping costs.

When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in connection with your order, which will not be paid by us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.

 

Delivery times
As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place in the inland (Germany) within 1 - 4 working days, with foreign deliveries within 2 - 13 days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
